IN ORDER TO PROTECT YOUR INTERESTS YOU SHOULD READ THESE CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER WITH US. IT EXEMPTS INVOK BICYCLES INC. AND OTHER PERSONS FROM LIABILITY OR LIMITS THEIR LIABILITY, AND CONTAINS OTHER IMPORTANT PROVISIONS THAT YOU SHOULD READ.
Your Acceptance of this Agreement
This is an Agreement between you and all persons you represent (and for purposes of this Agreement referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user” herein) and Invok bicycles Inc. ("Invok" and sometimes also referred to as “us,” “we” or “our” herein) regarding your access to and use of Invok's invokbikes.com website and all content, information, products and services available on or through the website (collectively, the "Website").
Each time you use the Website you signify your acceptance and agreement, and the acceptance and agreement of any person you purport to represent, to be bound by this Agreement as it then reads, and you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself and any person you purport to represent. If you do not agree with each provision of this Agreement, or you are not authorized to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of the person you purport to represent, you may not access or use the Website.
Permission to Use Website
You may use the Website to purchase product only if you are a resident of Canada, have reached the age of majority where you live and you can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Website is lawful, and you must comply with all applicable laws. Invok reserves the right to request proof of identification and age.
Changes to this Agreement
Invok may, in its sole discretion, change this Agreement from time to time as it relates to future use of the Website, by posting a revised Agreement on the Website. By using the Website after this revised Agreement has been posted, you signify your acceptance and agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. You may not change this Agreement in any manner.

Out of Stock/Backorder
Under rare circumstances, an item may become out of stock before we are able to ship out the order. We will always contact you prior to shipment if this happens and we will try our best to remedy the situation. However, due to limitations, we cannot accept backorders. If you wish to substitute an item you will need to contact us to arrange for a substitute or to cancel your order outright.

Payment Methods
Invok accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and Ascend by Wix Payment Methods. The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution and then place the order again when the problem is resolved.

Currency and Sales Tax
All prices are in Canadian dollars.The amount of tax applied to your order depends on your location. Orders that ship to residences in BC will have both GST and PST applied (if applicable).

Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product.

Price and/or Description Changes
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds, credits or corrections to your order. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.

Errors on Our Website
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Invok reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is canceled, Invok will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

General Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to ship orders using our choice of carrier, however, the majority of shipments will be made using UPF or Fedex and depending on where you live, delivery times for ground service can be up to 5+ business days.
We only ship within Canada, no COD is accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM excluding statutory holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
Orders can only be modified or canceled up until its status becomes “Shipped”. After this point, you must initiate a return if you wish to exchange or cancel your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered is accurate, and to use the tracking number provided to claim your shipment.

Return Policy
Invok offers the industry standard 30 day trial period. If your not absolutely loving the ride, original owners may return their bike for a full refund at any point during the first 30 days of ownership provided the bike is returned in like-new condition.
Products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the MSRP of the product(s). Product(s) expressing significant signs of use, wear, or visible damage, may be subject to the restocking fee.
Original owners are responsible for all return shipping costs, and bike packaging for shipping.
Offer only valid for original owners with proof of receipt.
