What is humm?

Humm provides purchase financing, offering flexible payment plans up to $30,000. With an easy application process, get a credit decision in less than 7 minutes from start of application and pay for it in monthly installments in as little as 6 bi-weekly payments or monthly up to 5 years.

How do I order my bike and pay using humm?

1. Choose the Invoke bike of your dreams.

2. Email sales.invokbikes@gmail.com the following information:

-Provide us with the bike Model, colour and size you have chosen.

-Provide your full name, address, email and cell phone number.

3.The Invok sales team will text you an an invite to complete your financing directly to your cell phone. Sales tax and shipping will be included in the sales total sent in the invite.

4. Follow the instructions and prompts from humm to complete your transition.

5. Once your humm financing is processed, Invok will send your official sales receipt, build, and ship your bike.

6. Ride your awesome bike and have fun!

What do I need in order to create a humm account and submit a credit application?

You need:

- Age of majority in province/territory of residence

- Canadian resident

- Mobile number

- Email address

- Credit Card or Visa/Mastercard Debit

- Online banking credentials

Humm is currently not available to customers or merchants based in Quebec.

How does the payment schedule work?

For purchases up to $1,500 customers can repay in 6 bi-weekly payments. For purchases $1,501 - $30,000, customers can pick from the available terms.

Repayments are automatically debited from the default payment method you added when you created your humm account.

What if I need to return all or part of my purchase that I made with humm?

For a full or partial refund, the retailer will process this transaction and the installments and fees that have been paid will be returned to the original payment method. It can take 3-10 business day to see the refund on your original payment method.

Is there a cost to use humm? For purchases under $1,500 there is no cost for you to use humm! No fees, no interest.

For purchases over $1,501, interest and a monthly fee may apply and varies by retailer. You will be able to see all fees and interest rates available as you checkout before you complete your payment using humm.
